Great News! The Broadway in Tysons Subscription Renewal Process takes less than 5 minutes! 

Your current seats are on hold for Season 6 of Broadway in Tysons season.  Any Subscriptions that are not renewed by July 3, 2026 will be released.  

Note: If you are interested in remaining a subscriber, but you are interested in exchanging locations for the upcoming season, you may reach out to BoxOffice@capitalonehall.com and our team will be happy to assist you directly in making changes. 

Please follow the instructions below to access Account Manager and Renew Your Subscription

1. Log in using the following link and the email you used to access your tickets for this season of Broadway in Tysons HERE or visit am.ticketmaster.com/capitalonehall
   
   2. If you do not know your password, click on “Forgot Your Password?” to create a new one
   
   3. When you enter Account Manager, select "CLICK HERE TO VIEW YOUR INVOICE" from the main navigation. The Season 6 renewal invoice includes seats to The Book of Mormon, Mystic Pizza and The Wiz! You will be automatically directed to your Renewal Invoice.
   
   Note: Legally Blonde the Musical is a limited engagement and therefore will not be included as part of the Season 6 subscription package. Subscribers will have access to purchase these tickets, at your subscriber discounted rate, first however! See step 9 for additional instrutions.
   
   4. The Invoice will appear with your current seat locations. Select continue to Renew Your Seats. 
   
   5. If you would like to add Premium or Regular Parking you can select your preference or move forward with just your tickets.
   
   6. Continue to the Payment Screen
   
   7.  Accept terms and conditions 
   
   8. Complete Your Purchase
   
   9. Following renewal, you will receive a link in your confirmation email that can be used to purchase tickets to Legally Blonde the Musical. You must be logged into your Ticketmaster Account Manager to access the link! Please note that because Legally Blonde the Musical will only have three performances, your subscription seats may not be available.
