A group generally consists of a minimum of 10-20 people and varies for each event. A group can be made of anyone - including friends or family gathering for a night out, business associates, schools, youth groups, military groups, senior organizations, clubs, daycare centers, etc.

If you are responsible for ordering Group Tickets for your group, simply follow these simple steps:

1. Select your event from the listing above. 

2. Decide what pricing level and section of the theater you’d like your group to sit in. You will be given the best available seating at the time of order/reservation.

3. Fill out the webform attached to the show of your choice and a member of the Capital One Hall Box Office Team will be in touch with you to process your order. You can also email Boxoffice@capitalonehall  directly with information from 1 &2.  A member from the Capital One Hall Box Office will call to verify your order and collect payment.

4. Pay in-full with a credit card over the phone through The Capital One Hall Box Office.

• A one-time $10.00 Group Order fee is required for each order. This fee is per group, NOT per ticket.
• Seating can be reserved in advance once the number for your group has been determined. Payment is due in full at time of booking
• Payment Methods: Payment for the entire amount of tickets purchased can be made in ONE of the following forms,  MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER.  
• ADA seating is available. Please inform the Box Office at the time of reservation if any members of your group will require special accommodations in advance. 
• Group tickets must be picked up at The Box Office prior to the performance for distribution by you/your group.   Capital One Hall will not accept will call names at the Box Office Window or manage a day of show guest list for group orders.  Capital One Hall cannot distribute group tickets to individuals on behalf of an organization. 
• If you prefer your tickets be mailed please allow at least 14 business days for shipping and be prepared to provide a method of payment for the shipment.  
• There are no complimentary tickets for bus drivers or group leaders. All persons entering Capital One Hall must have a ticket, no exceptions.  
• In the event a member of the group is unable to attend a performance, we suggest inviting another guest to attend on their behalf.  There are no refunds.
