Meet Executive Chef Linton Romero
A California native, Linton Romero was appointed Executive Chef of Capital One Hall in Spring 2021.
Previously the Executive Chef of Good Company LLC, Chef Romero oversaw multiple projects with an emphasis on the following: onsite hands-on execution, site design, staff acquisition and training, concept actualization, menu R&D and development, health, and safety procedural implementation along with marketing program assistance and vendor relations.
Previously, Chef Romero oversaw all food and beverage operations for The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, which included: State Fare Bar & Kitchen, a Farm to Table cuisine inspired restaurant; poolside dining at AIR pool & bar as well as in-room dining, banquets, catering and special events. He has been featured in numerous publications, has been published as a contributing chef in a cookbook by race Point Publishing and was featured as a collaborating chef with The Robb Report’s Culinary Masters chef series.
