Meet Executive Chef Linton Romero
A California native, Linton Romero was appointed Executive Chef of Capital One Hall in Spring 2021. Chef Romero brings years of experience and an unparalleled passion for the culinary arts to his role as Executive Chef at Capital One Hall. He has served at award winning and Michelin-starred restaurants in France, California, New York and Las Vegas and believes in providing guests with a dining experience that focuses on locally sourced ingredients that create an intentional palate. “Seasonality, sustainability and locality have always been at the forefront of my cooking style,” says Chef Romero. “Every ingredient needs to have a purpose, but it has to have more purpose than just adding color to the plate.”
Prior to joining Capital One Hall, Chef Romero served as the Director of Culinary Operations of Good Company LLC, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and management of multiple facets of the business. Additionally, Chef Romero lead all food and beverage operations for multiple Ritz-Carlton hotels. That position included the design, opening and direct oversight of multiple on property concepts. Chef Romero has been featured in numerous publications, has been published as a contributing chef in a cookbook by Race Point Publishing and was featured as a collaborating chef with The Robb Report’s “Culinary Masters Chef Series”.
