Ushers/Ticket Takers at Capital One Hall Corporate and Social Events
Ushers/ticket takers complement the front-of-house experience by welcoming patrons to Capital One events including in the Main Performance Theater and The Vault. Ushers/ticket takers will assist regular Capital One Hall front of house staff by directing patrons to proper venue locations and amenities, scanning tickets, escorting patrons to their seats, distributing programs, emergency evacuation procedures, and more.
Hours: Volunteers must be available to greet at least two events per month. Most commercial and non-profit performances are on evenings during the week and/or weekends.
Qualities Needed: Friendly and outgoing personality; self-motivated.
